Product Lead

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own specifications, design, and delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle; map customer journeys, define use cases, and manage scope changes.
• Document current processes, facilitate discovery and scoping workshops, and translate needs into AI solution designs.
• Surface delivery risks, scope deviations, and material budget impacts; analyze data, processes, and workflows for decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering on design, non-functional requirements, API discovery, feasibility, and AI product readiness.
• Lead agile ceremonies and sprints, write and validate user stories, track scope, and remove blockers.
• Facilitate milestone demos and manage expectations; coordinate UAT from kickoff through feedback triage and customer Go/No Go.
• Lead customer communication and weekly status cadences; coordinate roadmaps and execution plans with Engagement Leads.

Minimum qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a delivery-focused technology or AI role.
• Working understanding of APIs and data schemas and ability to represent data models for mock data creation.
• Deep agile delivery knowledge and track record running sprint ceremonies and managing backlogs end-to-end.
• Experience as primary customer liaison on complex projects, facilitating multi-stakeholder requirements and scoping workshops.
• Demonstrated UAT coordination, including scenario validation, session scheduling, feedback triage, and production-readiness planning.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; able to turn ambiguous needs into requirements, user stories, and feasible AI approaches.
• Proficiency with business analysis and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
