Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Enable enterprise customers to deploy AI agents from multiple third-party platforms through secure and scalable platforms.
• Develop AI products using Node.js and technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, and Flowise.
• Evaluate new partnerships, products, LLMs, AI models, and other technologies.
• Design AI-agent algorithms and integrate features and APIs across enterprise platforms.
• Maintain user focus and enterprise-grade compliance, including SOC 2 standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of software development experience is ideally expected.
• Extensive Node.js development experience is required.
• Production experience with LangChain, AI agent frameworks, and applied AI is preferred, or willingness to learn these areas.
• Experience building secure, scalable APIs and working across Azure, AWS, or GCP is required.
• Knowledge of NLP, machine learning, or neural networks is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills are expected.

Compensation

• The stated pay range is $160,000 AUD to $250,000 AUD.
