Role overview
Develop, implement, and maintain TradeNet high-frequency trading platforms integrated with global financial markets.
Support superior system stability and seamless market integration.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and configure TradeNet modules, including OEMS, Data Streamer, and Middle and Back Office.
- Build scalable full-stack features using Node.js and React.js.
- Manage FIX Protocol integrations and direct market access links.
- Optimize for ultra-low latency, high-volume transactions, and real-time data streaming.
- Work with product managers and QA on front-to-back trade lifecycle solutions.
- Investigate root causes of platform issues and implement long-term stability fixes.
Technical qualifications
- TradeNet experience is mandatory, along with experience in trading platforms.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Java; advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Kafka, or JBoss.
- Strong understanding of FIX Protocol, SWIFT integration, and STP.
- Knowledge of capital markets, including equities and derivatives, and global wealth management flows.
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred skills
- NCFM or equivalent financial markets certification is preferred.
- Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-native engineering, Azure/AWS, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
