AI-Enabled Roadmap and Portfolio Orchestration
- Direct AI agents to gather, normalize, and synthesize product roadmaps across Wealth.
- Translate roadmap outputs into decision-ready views for leadership and clients.
- Identify strategic overlaps, dependencies, risks, and gaps across portfolios.
Governance Enablement and Decision Readiness
- Orchestrate AI-supported preparation for the Wealth Investment Governance Board.
- Ensure consistent standards for agendas, materials, cadence, and follow-ups.
- Track decisions and actions, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
Strategic Initiatives and Leadership Support
- Use AI agents to research, analyze, and support strategic initiatives, including planning and client opportunities.
- Prepare executive-ready narratives, analyses, and materials.
Process Excellence and AI Best Practices
- Document and optimize Wealth product management processes using AI tools.
- Identify standardization opportunities for roadmaps and service descriptions.
- Partner with teams to adopt best practices and improved workflows.
AI Enablement and Innovation Support
- Champion responsible and effective use of Broadridge AI tools.
- Assist teams in capturing product and client insights using AI.
- Support the Wealth AI Task Force and Center of Excellence.
- Contribute ideas for AI-enabled capabilities and workflows.
