Broadridge is hiring for an early-career software development role; freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
Required skills and qualifications
- Applicants should have 0–1 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of OOPS concepts and basics of ReactJS, NodeJS, and JavaScript is required.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, relational databases, and SQL queries is required.
- The role calls for good written and verbal communication, a strong learning mindset, and collaborative teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable code under senior engineers’ guidance, and develop and enhance front-end features using ReactJS.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and to expected quality; collaborate with Product Owners and team members to understand requirements.
- Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment support, and code reviews; incorporate review feedback.
- Prepare and update technical documents, process notes, and deployment instructions, and share progress updates with team leads and stakeholders.
