Guide teams through the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Optimize product offerings to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Oversee product roadmaps and prioritize features.
Collaborate with operations, sales, technology, and other cross-functional teams.
Analyze market trends and performance data and translate insights into product improvements.

Expertise in product strategy and product management, including service-based or SaaS offerings.
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop data-informed recommendations.
Proven team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Solid project management skills for initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
HR, recruitment, consulting, or professional services background is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree or PMP, Agile, or Product Management certification is a plus.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment with strong self-organization and time management.
