Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define business strategy, set performance goals, and oversee delivery of recruitment and advisory projects.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams; develop client relationships and business development initiatives.
• Review pipeline and project status, guide executive search assignments, and optimize processes and technology.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.
• Work with senior stakeholders to improve service offerings, candidate and client experience, and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding multidisciplinary recruitment or consulting teams; significant senior-level experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or related professional services.
• Expertise in recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and workforce planning; executive search and multi-industry hiring experience is preferred.
• Proven client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and business development experience, including account growth and new client acquisition.
• Grounding in organization design, HR policy advisory, performance management, and talent strategy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets, setting KPIs, and implementing process improvements and technology-enabled recruitment solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is highly beneficial.
• Prior Director or equivalent leadership experience is preferred; commitment to integrity, professionalism, and inclusive hiring practices.
