Role description

Responsibilities

• Set organizational objectives, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet schedule, scope, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and contract execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead senior teams, drive business development, and improve operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, contribute to long-term growth strategies, and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities; experience guiding multidisciplinary project and operations teams.
• Proven construction project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and contract administration.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning within construction or engineering.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Typically 10+ years of senior experience in contracting or construction; GCC or UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on risk management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
