Product Development Director

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of product strategy and oversee the execution of Ajeer product initiatives, including establishing frameworks, policies, procedures, and templates to ensure consistency, scalability, and enhanced customer experience.
• Develop and present product business cases, including expected impact, value contribution, and alignment with government market transformation goals, to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure continuous engagement.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, product ideation, requirement definition, design, validation, and launch, ensuring delivery of high-impact products aligned with Ajeer and Takamol strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of product initiatives, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, performance tracking, and timely delivery, while driving corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee product development partnerships, ensuring external services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with Ajeer and Takamol standards.
• Support the evaluation and validation of feasibility studies, including financial and non-financial KPIs, as well as resource planning, to ensure strong business cases and sustainable impact.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Director, Ajeer.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Marketing, or a related field.
