Overview
- Lead and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Build, maintain, and evolve
- enterprise-level Design Systems
- ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products
- Own the
- end-to-end UX/UI design process
- , including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
- Design for complex BFSI / fintech workflows, particularly within SME banking journeys
- Ensure adherence to design best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, design reviews, retrospectives)
- Continuously improve design quality through user feedback, analytics, and iterative improvements
- Experience in large enterprise or digital banking transformations
- Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities
- Experience working in cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge of accessibility and design system governance models
