About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven products (e.g. chatbots, personalization, fraud detection interfaces, recommendation systems)
- Translate complex AI models and data outputs into intuitive, explainable user interfaces
- Lead UX/UI design across discovery, concepting, prototyping, and delivery
- Collaborate with data science teams to shape how AI insights are surfaced to users
- Ensure ethical, transparent, and responsible AI design practices (e.g. explainability, bias awareness, user trust)
- Conduct user research and usability testing, particularly around AI understanding and trust
- Develop and evolve design systems to support AI-driven features and interactions
- Work within banking and regulatory constraints to deliver compliant, secure experiences
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to senior stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design
- Proven experience designing complex digital products (preferably in fi ntech, banking, or data-heavy environments)
- Experience working on AI/ML-driven products or data-centric features
- Strong ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences
- Profi ciency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Experience with prototyping and testing AI interactions (e.g. conversational design, adaptive interfaces)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (data scientists, engineers)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in conversational design (chatbots, voice interfaces)
- Familiarity with AI concepts (ML models, LLMs, predictive analytics)
- Background in fi nancial services
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices
