Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly technical, execution focused Product Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between closed sales and active customer success.
  • In this role, you will own the critical onboarding phase, ensuring that new enterprise customers are seamlessly integrated into our SaaS platform despite having highly specific, complex data requirements.
  • You will be the orchestrator who turns a signed contract into active, AI driven value.
  • Your ultimate goal is to accelerate the 'Time to Value' for our customers.

Jobs To Be Done

  • Lead the end to end technical onboarding and implementation of our SaaS solutions for new enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between the customer's technical teams and our internal engineering/data teams to define and execute data ingestion strategies.
  • Manage complex data requirements, including leading ontology mapping exercises to ensure customer data seamlessly aligns with our AI models.
  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed delivery project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Partner closely with the Business Developer to ensure a smooth handover from the sales cycle and align on strategic customer goals.
  • Create repeatable, scalable onboarding playbooks to continuously reduce friction and speed up the delivery lifecycle for future customers.
  • Troubleshoot early stage data integration roadblocks, ensuring a frictionless transition into 'business as usual' platform usage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Delivery Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to herd cats, manage scope creep, and keep complex deployments strictly on schedule.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of how data flows between systems. You don't need to write the code, but you must confidently discuss APIs, data ingestion, and ontology mapping with engineers.
  • Product Mastery: Rapid ability to deeply understand our entire product portfolio and how different modules interact with customer data.
  • Client Management: Excellent executive presence and communication skills. You can translate highly technical data requirements into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive, 'fix it first' mentality when dealing with data integration bottlenecks.

KPIs

  • Time to Value (TTV): Reduction in the average number of days from contract signature to the customer's first successful use of AI insights.
  • Onboarding Success Rate: Percentage of customer implementations delivered on time and within scope.
  • Data Integration Efficiency: Reduction in manual interventions or rework required during the data mapping and ingestion phases.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): High satisfaction scores specifically tied to the onboarding and delivery experience.
  • Playbook Adoption: Successful creation and internal adoption of standardized delivery processes.
