We’re looking for a sharp financial whiz to join our fast-moving SaaS team.
As our Product Profitability and FinOps Specialist, you’ll own the story behind the numbers—making sense of pricing, revenues, and the underlying cloud costs that drive our products.
Your insights will fuel better, faster decisions by Product and Ops teams, pushing our AI-driven sustainability solutions to grow smarter, stronger, and more efficiently.

Jobs To Be Done
- Build and fine-tune pricing and tariff models that reflect market realities and business goals.
- Support the product teams when they need defining a financial report for their products: be the financial whizz of our Energy tools.
- Master our cloud and AI service spending, hunting down savings by right-sizing resources, eliminating waste, and optimizing usage.
- + Implement and enforce smart cloud governance, including a rock-solid tagging strategy, so every dollar of cloud spend has an owner.
- + Dig into total costs—including cloud infrastructure—to find savings and margin wins, then partner with the team to make it happen.
- Track and map every dollar flowing in and out of our product portfolio for full transparency.
- + Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers to weigh the financial impact of new features, pricing moves, and architectural choices.
- + Help Operations decode cost drivers and resource use for maximum efficiency.
- + Own financial KPIs and deep-dive P&L reviews for both individual products and our full lineup.
- Create killer dashboards using Power BI and other tools to spotlight financial health, cloud consumption, and growth areas.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are highly valued.
- Bonus points for certifications or coursework in Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Database Management.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding B2B enterprise customers with heavy data integration requirements.
- Hands-on experience navigating data ingestion pipelines, APIs, ETL processes, and complex data mapping/ontology mapping.
- Experience working alongside sales or business development teams in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Skills And Competencies
- Delivery Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to herd cats, manage scope creep, and keep complex deployments strictly on schedule.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of how data flows between systems. You don't need to write the code, but you must confidently discuss APIs, data ingestion, and ontology mapping with engineers.
- Product Mastery: Rapid ability to deeply understand our entire product portfolio and how different modules interact with customer data.
- Client Management: Excellent executive presence and communication skills. You can translate highly technical data requirements into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proactive, "fix-it-first" mentality when dealing with data integration bottlenecks.
Kpis
- Time-to-Value (TTV): Reduction in the average number of days from contract signature to the customer's first successful use of AI insights.
- Onboarding Success Rate: Percentage of customer implementations delivered on time and within scope.
- Data Integration Efficiency: Reduction in manual interventions or rework required during the data mapping and ingestion phases.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): High satisfaction scores specifically tied to the onboarding and delivery experience.
- Playbook Adoption: Successful creation and internal adoption of standardized delivery processes.
