Role Overview
Support ERP implementation projects for premium retail clients across Kerala.
This is a non-sales, IT-focused role within ERP project delivery.
Comprehensive training will cover the ERP solution, retail workflows, and implementation processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clients and internal teams to support timely and accurate ERP implementation delivery.
- Act as a primary client contact, provide updates, and address questions or concerns.
- Conduct ERP user training sessions for client teams.
- Build client relationships, resolve issues, and improve the experience with the solutions.
- Perform domain-specific testing of ERP modules with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Any graduate qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Tamil.
- Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and operational teams in a professional retail environment.
- Willingness to travel to client head offices and branch locations; travel is stated as 50%.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation support, client coordination, or retail systems is advantageous.
Workplace and Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Work location is in person.
- The role requires travel to client head offices and retail branches.
