Role Overview

Work Setting and Travel

Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP implementation support, client coordination, or retail systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Tamil are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and operational teams in a professional retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP software implementation by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Serve as a primary client contact, provide project updates, and address questions or concerns.
• Conduct ERP software user training sessions for client teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships and help resolve issues.
• Perform domain-specific testing of ERP modules with internal teams.

Compensation
