Responsibilities

• Support ERP software implementation by coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Act as a primary client contact, provide regular updates, and address concerns or questions.
• Conduct user training sessions for client teams on ERP software functionality and use.
• Build and maintain client relationships, address issues, and enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to perform domain-specific testing of ERP modules.
