Two Product Coordinators will join Social Security Scotland's Fraud, Error and Debt teams.
The roles support programmes and complex business and technology change initiatives that contribute to service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery activity throughout the product lifecycle with product, delivery, business, and technical colleagues.
- Support planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain delivery information, records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare governance papers, updates, and management information to help programmes remain on track.
Experience and skills
- Experience coordinating work in a project, programme, product, or change environment against agreed timescales.
- Experience engaging stakeholders and communicating through meetings, reports, presentations, or other activities.
- Experience maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation and supporting governance.
- Planning and scheduling and risk and issue management skills are assessed at working level.
- Communicating and influencing and delivering at pace are assessed at Level 3.
Contract
- This is a fixed-term appointment for 23 months, with the possibility of permanency depending on business requirements.
Selection process
