• Key Responsibilities and Tasks
• Work with the External & Inside Sales teams to meet and where possible exceed the customer’s
• requirements/expectations, which include:
• Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team
• Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings and interactions with customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
• Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.
• Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services • Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
• Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers.
• Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
• Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility
• You have-
• Technical Knowledge - Competent in various heat transfer & fluid handling processes and products.
• Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms
• Good listening skills - active listening skills to comprehend customers’ technical requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency
• You demonstrate Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths
• You have an ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills
• Team work and team player
• Digital communication - Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence.
• Qualification & Experience
• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate / Diploma holder as Product & Application Engineer having robust experience of handling quotations and customer communication.
• Minimum 3~5 Years of experience in any similar Food, Pharma and Water Industries.
