Procurement and logistics operations
- Research and coordinate with local and international suppliers for materials and services.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight agents on import/export documentation and shipping logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery and customs clearance in accordance with Saudi customs regulations, including Fasah and Saber.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases; prepare periodic procurement, shipment, and pre-qualification reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to provide timely procurement and logistics support.
- Follow internal procurement policies and applicable regulatory guidelines in the Saudi market.
Inventory and stock management
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock reports.
- Document material inflow, outflow, and movements within stock.
- Support material planning to prevent excess stock or shortages in critical projects.
- Coordinate inventory-related matters with finance.
Pre-qualification and registration
- Manage pre-qualification and digital-platform registration for Bullivant Arabia Limited, including inquiries, data updates, and document submission.
- Prepare and coordinate certifications, experience records, and health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Monitor registration status and renewal processes.
Skills and knowledge
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable price, quality, payment, and delivery terms.
- Evaluate price proposals, study market trends, and analyze costs.
- Draft and review contract terms and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Use procurement management software, ERP systems, and data tools such as Excel.
