About This Role
MAK Developers LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, cost negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for company operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors
* Request quotations and negotiate prices and contracts
* Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
* Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and payments
* Monitor inventory levels and procurement schedules
* Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and project requirements
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments
* Prepare procurement reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Purchase Orders
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Vendor Relationship Management
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and terms finalization
- Strong Analytical Skills for cost analysis, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of Procurement operations, processes, and best practices
- Attention to detail, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Salary 4000 to 6000 AED
