Role Overview

Anigma Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Procurement Specialist to support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing computer hardware components and gaming accessories. The ideal candidate will assist in supplier coordination, purchase order management, and inventory planning while gaining hands-on experience in procurement operations within the gaming and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities1. Procurement Support

• Assist in sourcing computer hardware components (e.g., GPUs, CPUs, RAM, storage) and gaming accessories.
• Support the procurement team in preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all procurement activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.

2. Supplier Coordination

• Maintain communication with existing suppliers for order updates and issue resolution.
• Assist in identifying new suppliers and gathering quotations.
• Support in comparing prices, specifications, and delivery terms.

3. Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels.
• Assist in monitoring reorder levels and maintaining minimum stock requirements.
• Update inventory records and ensure accuracy in procurement data.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, including order status and cost tracking.
• Ensure all procurement documentation is properly filed and updated.

5. Market Research

• Conduct basic market research on pricing trends for computer components and accessories.
• Stay updated on new product releases and technology trends in gaming hardware.
• Support the team with data for better purchasing decisions.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with sales and product teams to understand product requirements.
• Support new product launches by assisting in timely procurement of required components.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (freshers with relevant knowledge can apply).

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer hardware components and gaming accessories.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic negotiation and vendor handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
