About This Role

The Role

As Procurement Professional for ORA Group, you will manage the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing function across our interiors and joinery operations. You will build and maintain a trusted supplier network, negotiate competitive terms without sacrificing quality, and ensure materials and components arrive on time and to specification.

This is a commercially important, highly collaborative role working closely with our estimating, project management, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

— Source and procure materials, hardware, finishes, and components for joinery and interiors projects across the UAE market

— Build and manage a vetted supplier database — local, regional, and international — covering timber, veneers, lacquers, hardware, stone, and soft furnishings

— Negotiate supplier terms: pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and payment structures

— Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage supplier performance against project programmes

— Support the estimating team with live material pricing for BOQ preparation and tender submissions

— Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative supply routes without compromising on quality standards

— Manage relationships with existing key suppliers and develop new partnerships aligned with the group's luxury positioning

— Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing libraries, and supplier contact databases

— Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics function to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods

— Stay current with market pricing fluctuations, lead time changes, and new product availability

What We’re Looking For

— Minimum 6 years’ procurement experience in UAE fitout, interiors, or construction

— Strong existing supplier network in the UAE and wider GCC

— Solid understanding of joinery, cabinetry, or interior finish materials

— Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen

— Experience supporting estimating or BOQ processes

— Proficient in Excel and procurement or ERP systems

— Highly organised with strong attention to detail

— Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage

— UAE driving licence preferred

— Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
