The Role

As a Finishing Carpenter with ORA Collection, you will be responsible for the on-site installation and fine finishing of bespoke joinery pieces across luxury residential projects in Dubai. You will be working in high-end homes where presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail matter as much as technical skill.

This role requires someone who can work independently, interpret workshop drawings, and deliver an installation that is square, level, tight-jointed, and flawless — first time.

Key Responsibilities

– Install bespoke fitted kitchens, cabinetry, wardrobes, media walls, and dressing rooms to a luxury finish standard

– Carry out accurate site measuring and setting out prior to installation

– Interpret joinery shop drawings and workshop-manufactured components with confidence

– Scribe, trim, and fit units precisely to uneven or irregular walls, floors, and ceilings

– Fit doors, drawers, hinges, soft-close mechanisms, and premium hardware to manufacturer tolerances

– Apply sealants, fillers, and touch-up finishes to produce a seamless, client-ready result

– Liaise professionally with site managers, interior designers, and homeowners on-site

– Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, organised work area throughout installation

– Report any manufacturing defects or site issues promptly to the project manager

– Occasionally support workshop assembly and production as required

Skills & Experience Required

– Minimum 3 years’ experience as a finishing or installation carpenter in the UAE or GCC

– Proven experience installing fitted kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, or similar bespoke joinery

– Ability to read and work from technical drawings and cut lists

– High attention to detail with a demonstrably clean and precise finish

– Competent with hand tools and power tools: jigsaws, routers, drills, sanders, nail guns

– Experience fitting premium European hardware brands (Blum, Hettich, Grass, or similar)

– Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction sites in Dubai

– Professional and presentable when working in occupied or high-end residential properties

– Valid UAE residency or ability to be sponsored on a UAE employment visa

– UAE driving licence is an advantage
