Role Overview
Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Procurement Specialist to join the Supply Chain Department.

The role handles development and administration of procurement actions in support of business and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support business and project requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis.
- Negotiate and manage purchase orders, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships.
- Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
- Manage supplier risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Optimise procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
- Lead or support procurement activities for assigned projects.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
Competencies
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
