Role overview

Sourcing and contracting

• Own end-to-end category sourcing strategies and align them with cost, risk, and scalability objectives.
• Lead RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and risk protections; work with Legal on structure, liability, service levels, and regulatory matters.
• Ensure contracts meet compliance, data privacy, security, and regulatory obligations, and standardize contracting practices.

Partnership and governance

• Partner with stakeholders to understand demand, risk profiles, and cost drivers; work across IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk, and business leadership.
• Balance speed, control, and risk, and influence stakeholders while maintaining governance.
• Support supplier risk reviews and ensure policy, assessment, and approval workflow compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance, commercial compliance, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 12+ years; 12–15 years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Required experience sourcing and negotiating IT, professional services, and facilities, and handling complex supplier negotiations and contract structuring.
• Required experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and Compliance in highly regulated, services-led industries.
