Role overview

Support procurement and purchasing operations for a construction, contracting, and industrial company.

Coordinate sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, commercial terms, and delivery of required materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily procurement and purchasing activities.
  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain and compare quotations to support competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
  • Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation.
  • Follow up on supplier deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Track orders, shipments, and material availability.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, project, finance, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate supplier, quotation, purchase order, and delivery records.
  • Support cost-effective purchasing and uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous procurement or purchasing experience is preferred.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills are required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments is required.
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills are required.
