Procurement / Purchasing Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About This Role

We are urgently hiring a Procurement / Purchasing Manager for our interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination with suppliers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full procurement and purchasing cycle from sourcing to delivery
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement schedules
• Monitor material pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and updated vendor database
• Support cost control and value engineering initiatives
• Conduct site visits as required

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in Procurement and/or Purchasing (preferably interior fit-out or construction)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of construction/interior fit-out materials and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Valid UAE Driving License is required
• UAE experience is preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
