About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement / Logistics Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or logistics and should be capable of handling purchasing activities, supplier coordination, shipment follow-up, and related documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier follow- up
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and purchase orders
  • Monitor stock availability and support inventory planning
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Prepare and maintain procurement and logistics documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements
  • Ensure proper record keeping of purchases, deliveries, and supplier communications
  • Support import/export and shipping-related processes when required
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and procurement policies

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of mandatory experience in Procurement and/or Logistics
  • Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and logistics coordination
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of ERP/software systems will be an advantage

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
