- What would you do?
- Responsible for converting approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) and executing Spot Buy transactions. Ensures compliance with procurement policies, accurate data entry, and timely processing to support business needs.

- Perform quality checks on vendor, pricing, and quantity.
- Create PO in ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba) and ensure correct workflow routing.
- Send PO to suppliers and follow up for acknowledgment.
- Handle urgent or non-standard purchase requests.
- Source suppliers for spot buy requirements and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines.
- Create and process Spot Buy POs in Procurement ERP.
- Adhere to SOX and operational controls.
