🚨 WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT OFFICER 🚨
📍 Position: Procurement Officer
📍 Industry: Waste Water Treatment / Construction / Contracting
📍 Preferred Candidate: Female Candidates Only
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review project, engineering, and production inputs
✔ Prepare procurement documents and purchase orders
✔ Negotiate with suppliers and evaluate vendors (minimum 3 vendors per order)
✔ Track and schedule materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders
✔ Coordinate with engineers regarding material and equipment requirements
✔ Monitor supplier performance and inventory control procedures
✔ Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies
✔ Ensure procurement activities follow company strategy and IT policies
🔹 Trello & Coordination Responsibilities
✔ Create and maintain Trello cards for procurement tasks and material tracking
✔ Update forecasted payment and delivery schedules regularly
✔ Work closely with QC and Transportation teams for seamless delivery coordination
✔ Highlight project risks proactively to project engineers/managers
✔ Manage NCR issuance and corrective actions for rejected materials
