Procurement Officer — Job Description
A **Procurement Officer** is responsible for purchasing goods, materials, and services for a company while ensuring the best price, quality, and delivery time.
Main Responsibilities
Source suppliers and request quotations (RFQs)
Compare prices and negotiate contracts
Prepare purchase orders (POs)
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Monitor deliveries and inventory levels
Maintain procurement records and reports
Ensure purchases follow company policies and budgets
Build relationships with suppliers
Resolve supply or delivery issues
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
