About This Role

Procurement Responsibilities

  • Identify and source suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors as per company requirements.
  • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate for the best commercial terms.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and follow-up on pending orders.
  • Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and supplier details.
  • Monitor stock/material requirements and coordinate with site/store departments.
  • Ensure purchased materials meet company quality standards and specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the UAE market.
  • Coordinate with accounts department regarding payment follow-ups and documentation.
  • Maintain cost control and support management in reducing procurement expenses.

Sales & Telemarketing Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemarketing calls to introduce company services and generate leads.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain a customer database.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, inquiries, and business opportunities.
  • Arrange meetings between clients and management/sales team when required.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and company profiles to clients.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales/telemarketing reports for management review.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, client feedback, and sales activities.

& Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sales, or telemarketing in the UAE.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE market and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic will be an added advantage.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
