Procurement Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate for the best commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and follow-up on pending orders.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and supplier details.
- Monitor stock/material requirements and coordinate with site/store departments.
- Ensure purchased materials meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the UAE market.
- Coordinate with accounts department regarding payment follow-ups and documentation.
- Maintain cost control and support management in reducing procurement expenses.
Sales & Telemarketing Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to introduce company services and generate leads.
- Identify potential clients and maintain a customer database.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, inquiries, and business opportunities.
- Arrange meetings between clients and management/sales team when required.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and company profiles to clients.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales/telemarketing reports for management review.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, client feedback, and sales activities.
& Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sales, or telemarketing in the UAE.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE market and suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
