Overview
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities with the procurement engineer for Civil, Infrastructure, and MEP packages.
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, review technical and commercial bids, and conduct bid evaluations.
- Source and prequalify vendors and subcontractors in line with project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure materials and services comply with project specifications and ADNOC standards.
- Maintain procurement logs, cost comparisons, and vendor performance records.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Support contract administration and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
