Roles and responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Source and purchase construction, electrical, cable, and related materials.
• Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders.
• Coordinate timely supplier deliveries and resolve procurement issues.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with warehouse, finance, sales, and project teams.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and identify alternative suppliers and materials.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous procurement experience is preferred, particularly in construction, electrical, cables, manufacturing, or building materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of supplier sourcing and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
