Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for construction materials and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and timelines.
- Compare supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective options without compromising quality.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with site teams and the stores or warehouse to ensure materials arrive on schedule.
- Maintain vendor records, pricing agreements, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and anticipate material requirements based on project schedules.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policy and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or contracting in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in the UAE market.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred; immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
