Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
- Minimum of 5-8 year hands-on experience in indirect procurement; additional exposure to Compliance, Marketing, Technology, or Professional Services is a plus.
- Drive procurement efficiency by understanding contract terms, maintaining a strong focus on process and cost, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly user-focused with a strong sense of ownership to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Results-oriented with a strong delivery mindset; able to work independently and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
- Market-sensitive with strong negotiation skills, capable of identifying opportunities and securing favorable outcomes.
