Alrais Holding seeks an experienced, results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee procurement across F&B and hospitality operations.
The role focuses on supplier management, negotiation, high-volume purchasing, cost-effective procurement, quality, and operational efficiency.
Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing for F&B, hospitality, and general requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices and favorable terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Ensure timely availability of food and beverage products, equipment, spare parts, maintenance materials, and other supplies.
- Monitor purchasing budgets, control costs, and identify savings.
- Ensure product quality, specification compliance, and adherence to procurement procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of procurement management experience; F&B, hospitality, and general procurement experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and inventory management; experience with high-volume procurement and multiple suppliers.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with cost-control and budget-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; Odoo experience is advantageous.
