Procurement Manager (Construction - Russian Speaker)
About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Construction Department. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement of construction materials for ongoing and upcoming development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for procurement of construction materials (finishing, structural, MEP, etc.)
- Supplier sourcing (local & international)
- Price negotiation and contract finalization
- Comparison sheets and cost optimization
- Coordination with project managers, engineers, and finance
- Ensuring timely delivery aligned with construction schedules
- Monitoring material quality and compliance with project specifications
- Managing supplier relationships and payment terms
- Budget control and reporting
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in construction procurement (developer or main contractor)
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction material market
- Established supplier network in UAE
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working with BOQs and technical specifications
- Cost-conscious and detail-oriented
- Able to work in fast-paced development environment
