Role Overview
We are looking for someone who understands what makes a successful retail and commercial destination.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling commercial real estate while also advising on unit sizing, layouts, tenant requirements, and commercial feasibility to ensure our developments attract the right mix of businesses and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of off-plan commercial units across mixed-use and real estate developments.
- Identify and engage investors, owner-operators, retailers, F&B concepts, wellness providers, healthcare operators, and other commercial occupiers.
- Advise on optimal commercial unit sizes, layouts, frontage requirements, parking needs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct market research, demand analysis, and feasibility studies to determine the most suitable commercial offerings for each project.
- Develop tenant mix recommendations that enhance project value and long-term commercial success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, restaurant operators, franchise groups, fitness and wellness providers, and other commercial tenants.
- Work closely with design, architecture, development, and sales teams to ensure commercial spaces align with market demand.
- Provide recommendations on pricing, positioning, and commercialization strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for senior management.
- Support leasing and occupancy strategies following project launch and handover.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, retail leasing, tenant representation, retail consultancy, or commercial asset development.
- Proven experience in selling commercial real estate assets.
- Strong understanding of retail, F&B, wellness, healthcare, and service-sector operational requirements.
- Experience conducting feasibility studies, market assessments, and commercial planning.
- Established network of retailers, restaurant operators, franchise groups, wellness brands, and commercial occupiers within the UAE.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with real estate developers, mixed-use projects, retail destinations, or commercial property consultancies is highly preferred.
