The Procurement Manager is responsible for the timely and cost-effective purchase of food, beverages, and related operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
This role focuses on procurement execution, supplier coordination, inventory availability, and strict adherence to quality and food safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Procurement of food beverages, packaging and operational supplies
- Strong Supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
- Coordinate closely with chefs, kitchen teams, and storekeepers for daily needs
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Source and Negotiate from approved suppliers and ensure price accuracy
- Analyze purchasing trends and cost saving initiatives
- Handle supplier follow-ups, delivery discrepancies, and invoice matching
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Support food cost control and wastage reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Excellent Skills in using inventory and analytical software's
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–4 years of purchasing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food items, suppliers, and market pricing
- Familiarity with inventory systems, **Foodics System** , Other **ERP**, and **MS Excel**
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, local regulations)
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in multi-outlet restaurants or Cafe
- Knowledge of local F&B suppliers
- UAE/GCC market experience (if applicable)

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
