Bakery and Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team.

Your expertise in preparing a variety of mouthwatering bakery and pastries, combined with your creative flair in developing unique tastes and recipes, will be essential in delighting our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as pastries, Croissants, bread, etc. following traditional and modern recipes
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
• Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN AL AIN

PREFERENCE: ASIAN NATIONALITIES ARE PRERERED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pastry and Bakery: 4 years (Required)
