We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team.
Your expertise in preparing a variety of mouthwatering bakery and pastries, combined with your creative flair in developing unique tastes and recipes, will be essential in delighting our customers.
As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in culinary arts and a genuine passion for creating croissants and delectable treats.

Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as pastries, Croissants, bread, etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
- Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN AL AIN
- PREFERENCE: ASIAN NATIONALITIES ARE PRERERED.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience
- Pastry and Bakery: 4 years (Required)
