🚀Title: Procurement Manager
📍Location : Abu Dhabi - onsite
🗓Duration : 11 months contract extendable based on project
⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days
🔒 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 9+ years of progressive procurement experience.
- Proven experience in financial services environments such as:
- Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF)
- Private Equity (PE)
- Venture Capital (VC)
- Asset Management Firms
- Investment Banks
- Strong experience managing complex procurement categories:
- Professional Services (Legal, Consulting, Audit)
- IT/SaaS & Technology
- Market Data
- Outsourced Services
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Experience operating within regulated, high-governance environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience in MENA region preferred (UAE highly desirable).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred).
Preferred Certifications
- CIPS (Level 4 or above)
- CPSM
- CPM
- Contract Management Certification (WorldCC/IACCM or equivalent)
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
• Expert negotiation and commercial acumen; strong understanding of contract terms and vendor commercials (pricing models, SLAs, liability).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with spend analysis, cost modeling, and business case development.
• Supplier relationship management and performance governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear sourcing recommendations and executive-ready materials.
• Digital proficient (Oracle Fusion is preferred)
