Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize our sourcing and supply chain activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute robust procurement policies and strategies to optimize sourcing, cost-efficiency, and risk management
  • Oversee supplier identification, due diligence, negotiations, and end-to-end contract management to secure best-value agreements
  • Continuously monitor market trends to proactively identify, assess, and benchmark new and existing suppliers for quality and value
  • Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and legal requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs, forecast demand, and align sourcing strategies with business goals
  • Develop and manage purchasing budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and implement cost-control initiatives
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date procurement records and generate regular reports for management review
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier performance management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 8+ years experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
