The Procurement Executive (IT Industry) - UAE National will manage end-to-end purchasing activities to support technology projects and operations.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves handling purchase requests, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely delivery.

The role includes evaluating supplier quotations, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

The Procurement Executive will collaborate with technical, project, and finance teams to align procurement decisions with business needs, monitor inventory levels for IT equipment and services, and support continuous improvement in procurement processes.

The position also requires regular reporting on procurement status, cost optimization, and supplier performance.
