Role Description
The Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with company quality requirements and client specifications.
- Conduct inspections for ELV, ICT Infrastructure, Security Systems, Data Center, Smart Building and Low Current Systems installations.
- Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs), Method Statements (MS), Quality Reports and NCRs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in QA/QC within ELV, ICT, Security Systems, MEP or Technology Infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, SMATV)
ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Familiarity with UAE authority standards and regulations.
Experience
in preparing QA/QC documentation and reports.
Proficient in MS Office and project documentation tools.
