Procurement Executive - Export

Role overview

Purchasing and supplier management

• Source quotations, negotiate prices, issue purchase orders, follow up on order and production timelines, and track open orders through export dispatch.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Maintain international supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, assist with onboarding and compliance, and resolve supplier issues.

Cost, documentation, and coordination

• Manage procurement within budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor market prices, freight costs, and currency impacts, and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Maintain transaction documentation and approvals, ensure goods meet quality and export requirements, and coordinate export paperwork.
• Liaise with finance, quality control, logistics, warehouse, and export sales on invoices, payments, inspections, and shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply-chain experience.
• Experience in international buying and sourcing of food, non-food, and FMCG products.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; knowledge of procurement best practices and supply-chain management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability, multitasking, and prioritization under tight deadlines.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
