Key responsibilities
- Monitor incoming emails and LPOs and coordinate with purchase and operations teams.
- Communicate with suppliers about delivery status, price variations, and supplier inquiries.
- Manage night-shift operations as manager on duty, assign production tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Track inventory to meet urgent deliveries and daily production requirements.
- Prepare delivery notes, oversee logistics, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Arrange and complete LPO deliveries within 24 hours.
- Generate and share accurate day-shift sales invoices.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience.
- Food distribution experience is preferred.
- Experience managing production schedules and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking tools.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.
