Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for landscaping projects.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare prices.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, accounts, and stores teams.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of UAE procurement experience.
- Landscaping or construction industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of irrigation materials, hardscape, paving, kerbstones, outdoor lighting, and water features.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
