Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier proposals, technical specifications, and pricing against organizational requirements and budgets.
• Build supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, specifications, and compliant procurement records.
• Use procurement software and ERP systems to manage requisitions, orders, and records.

Qualifications and experience

• Requires 8–10 years of experience in procurement engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Requires experience in vendor evaluation, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Requires procurement software and ERP proficiency, advanced analytical skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Requires knowledge of procurement practices, supply chain optimization, cost analysis, budget management, and financial forecasting.
• Requires experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments and familiarity with UAE and Middle East procurement regulations.
• Contract management and legal documentation review experience are required.
• Project management experience or certification, Lean or Six Sigma knowledge, and international sourcing experience are preferred.
