The company is hiring a Procurement cum Accountant for a mid-level position.
The role combines procurement responsibilities with accounting activities.
The position and salary package are intended for mid-level candidates; senior accountants and procurement managers are asked not to apply.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 3–4 years of relevant experience in procurement and accounting.
- UAE experience is preferred, with at least 2 years considered advantageous.
- Good knowledge of purchasing, supplier coordination, quotations, purchase orders, and invoice processing is required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and record keeping is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting or procurement systems is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Willingness to relocate closer to DIP 1 is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- The salary is AED 3,500–4,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A company visa and medical insurance are provided.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at DIP 1, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
- Obtain and manage supplier quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Process invoices and support payment activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accounting records.
- Maintain procurement and accounting information in relevant systems.
